About Daniel
With a career built around people, communication and achieving results, Daniel Prossimo brings a unique combination of sales experience, local knowledge and genuine passion to Melbourne’s northern suburbs property market.
Daniel’s professional journey began in the hairdressing industry, where he went on to co-own two salons and establish himself as a respected trainer and sales manager. This early experience developed his strong people skills, commercial mindset and ability to understand what motivates clients — qualities that have become fundamental to his success in real estate.
Daniel later transitioned into property, spending five years as a New Home Advisor with Metricon. This experience provided him with a strong understanding of the construction process, new homes and the importance of guiding clients through what is often one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Today, as a Sales Consultant and Auctioneer with Peter Leahy Real Estate, Daniel is recognised for his energetic approach, strong negotiating skills and commitment to delivering a personalised service. He understands that no two properties or clients are the same, and takes the time to develop tailored sales strategies designed around each property's unique qualities and his clients' individual goals.
Daniel has built a strong track record across Melbourne's northern suburbs, with experience selling houses, apartments through Off-Market, auction and private treaty campaigns. His results are complemented by consistently positive client feedback, with clients highlighting his professionalism, communication, honesty, friendliness and proactive approach.
For Daniel, real estate is about more than simply selling property. It's about building relationships, providing honest advice, communicating throughout every stage of the campaign and ultimately achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
A passionate northern suburb local, Daniel is proud to be part of the community he represents. Away from real estate, he is a devoted husband and father, and values the relationships and connections that make Melbourne's inner north such a special place to call home.
